How to register
- HIS Members will automatically be charged the member rate.
- Non-members can join the Society to be immediately eligible for member rate.
- Members of associated societies- please apply to appropriate promotional code at step 3 of the registration process to claim the discounted member rate for the number of days you are registering for.

- HIS will seek confirmation from RSPH and IPS that those claiming the member discount have an active RSPH or IPS membership.
Payment
- Please note that payment is online by credit/ debit card or Paypal only and places are only secured once full payment is received. Purchase orders will not be accepted.
Cancellation or non-attendance
- Cancellations will be accepted in writing by email to admin@his.org.uk up to 28 days prior to the event and the registration fee will be refunded in full. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations less than 28 days prior to the event or for delegates who do not attend on the day.
