Peter Wilson

Prof Peter Wilson is a retired consultant microbiologist and Professor of Microbiology at University College Hospital London. He was Deputy Chair of the Advisory Committee on Antimicrobial Prescribing, Resistance and Healthcare-Associated Infections and involved in the setting up of ICCQIP following the Matching Michigan project for reduction of central venous line infections. He has a long term research interest in monitoring and managing nosocomial infections and set up a wound surveillance system and an Environmental Microbiology Research Laboratory at UCLH.
