Joining Instructions
Using Zoom
In order to join the IPC Training Day you must register in advance.
You will receive an email from no-reply@zoom.us with joining instructions 1 week before the meeting. This email will be sent again one hour before the meeting starts. If you have not received an email with joining instructions please check your junk folder and then email admin@his.org.uk
Joining using your desktop, laptop or tablet:
- For the best experience it is recommended that you join using a computer using the Zoom application, which you can access at: Download Center for Zoom Apps and Plugins | Zoom
- It is also possible to join via your internet browser on your computer or via you smartphone or tablet via using the Zoom application.
- Open your registration confirmation email from no-reply@zoom.us and select 'click here to join'
- Follow the instructions that appear on your screen to launch the Zoom application or select 'join from your browser'.
- If you are early you will be asked to wait until the host is ready to start.
Using the Q&A function:
The Q&A window allows you to ask questions. You can send questions during the presentation, but all questions will be answered after the presentation has been delivered.
As an attendee you can also 'upvote' other attendees' questions, which will help the Chair identify the ones that are most popular.
