Registration for Don't Panic! 2022 is now closed.

The Don’t Panic! conference on 23 June will take place online via Zoom rather than in Manchester due to the planned national rail strikes.

All registered delegates should have received joining instructions from no-reply@zoom.us .  The joining email will include your individual joining link or dial-in instructions. If you have not received an email with joining instructions please check your junk folder and then email admin@his.org.uk.

Registration fees

HIS or IPS member £75
Non-member £175

If you are not a HIS member but are an IPS member, please use the promotional code 'IPSMEMBER' at step 3 on the booking form to benefit from the reduced registration rate. After registering your membership will be verified by IPS.  Please only use the code if you are shown the non-member registration rate (HIS members should not use this code).

Non-members can join the Healthcare Infection Society to be immediately eligible for the member registration rate.

Please note that payment is online by credit or debit card only and places are only secured once full payment is received.  In order to keep our administration costs and hence our event registration fees as low as possible, invoices for payment will not be issued for this event.  Registration fees for HIS one-day events are heavily subsidised by the Society.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing by email to admin@his.org.uk up to 7 days prior to the event and the registration fee will be refunded in full. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event or for delegates who do not attend on the day.

Information for delegates who registered before 15 June 2022

If you would prefer to receive a refund of the registration fees rather than attend online, please let us know and we will organise this as soon as possible.  We hope you will appreciate that the rail strike is entirely out of our control, and such HIS will incur significant cancellation charges for the venue costs.  Please be aware that any cancellation costs for your travel or accommodation will need to be claimed via your own travel insurance or the travel company you used to purchase your tickets.
